Different roles. A shared purpose.
President
Leads the society, sets the direction, coordinates all departments, chairs meetings, approves major plans and represents the society to lecturers and management.
Vice President
Supports the President, follows up with managers, helps coordinate projects, takes leadership when the President is unavailable and assists with major decisions.
Secretary
Handles meeting agendas, minutes, notices, official correspondence, attendance records and keeps a record of formal decisions made by the society.
Event Manager
Leads event planning and execution, prepares event plans, schedules, task allocations, venue requirements, event flow and coordinates with all relevant departments.
Treasurer
Manages the society's financial records, budgets, income, expenses, receipts and quotations, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Co-Treasurer
Supports the Treasurer, helps prepare event budgets, tracks expenses, maintains financial documents and assists with quotations and budget reporting.
PR Manager
Manages the society's public image, publicity strategy, official communication style, promotional content and press/public relations.
Social Media Manager
Manages Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, prepares content schedules, posts updates, writes captions and keeps the society active online.
Co-Digital Manager
Handles digital materials such as logo development, visual themes, QR codes, online forms, promotional videos, digital designs and other technical requirements.
Administration Manager
Handles internal organization, forms, files, approvals, venue documentation, records, templates and logistics paperwork, ensuring all administrative requirements are completed.
Member Acquisition Manager
Recruits new members, manages registrations, keeps the member database updated, promotes membership opportunities and helps maintain member engagement.
Co-Event Manager
Supports the Event Manager with planning, logistics, task tracking, venue preparation and event-day operations.
Co-Event Manager
Supports the Event Manager with event logistics, schedules, task follow-up, member coordination and execution during events.
